There are 10 urban bus routes in the City of Quimper, with 17 suburban routes serving the other communes in the conglomeration. There are 3 bus routes in Quimper on Sundays. An evening service from the station is provided.
In addition to the standard bus routes the minibus service handiQUB provides transport for people with reduced mobility. When booked it enables customers to travel door to door, to and from anywhere in the conglomeration, from 7am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and also on Sunday afternoons.
Other services are laid on for seasonal or one off events (beach buses, shuttles for football matches, etc.)
The Penn-ar-Bed network, set up by the Departmental Council of Finistère, enables travel anywhere in the department for a flat fee of 2€ for a one way ticket to your chosen destination (excludes Quimper>Brest).
Ticket and season ticket holders can benefit from free connecting buses during the day via the bus networks of Brest Métropole Océane (Bibus), Quimper Communaté(QUB) and Morlaix Communauté (TIM). QUB and Penn-ar-Bed buses depart from the bus station next to the railway station in Quimper.
The timetables for the Penn-ar-Bed bus network are, wherever possible, adapted to allow for connections with the Breton TER system and the SNCF network.
